Custom QR Code Designer
Customise your QR code: shapes, colour gradients and logo — with live preview
About — Custom QR Code Designer
Most QR codes are black-and-white grids with no personality. Our QR code designer lets you break away from that standard look while keeping a fully working QR code: rounded or “classy” dots, custom corners, colour gradients that match your brand, and a logo in the centre of the code.
Every setting is shown in a real-time preview: change the colours or dot shape, or add your logo, and see the result immediately before downloading. The QR code stays fully scannable thanks to built-in error correction, which allows up to 30% of the code to be covered (by a logo, for example) without affecting readability.
Two export formats are available: PNG, ideal for the web or standard printing, and SVG, a vector format that can be enlarged infinitely without losing quality — perfect for large-format printing (posters, roll-up banners, shop windows).
This kind of custom QR code is especially useful for brands that want visual consistency across everything they produce: packaging, business cards, marketing materials, in-store signage. A QR code in your brand colours with your logo is instantly recognisable and inspires more trust than a generic one.
Is the QR code still scannable with a logo or custom colours?
Yes, as long as you keep enough contrast between the dots and the background, and the logo doesn’t take up more than about 25% of the total area. Always test the result with several smartphones before printing.
Which format should I choose, PNG or SVG?
PNG is fine for the web or printing at a fixed size. SVG (vector) is recommended for large-format printing because it can be resized without losing sharpness.
Can I use a colour gradient?
Yes. Turn on the gradient option and pick two colours: they are applied as a diagonal transition across the QR code’s dots, while keeping it readable.
What logo size do you recommend?
The logo is centred and resized automatically. For the best result, use a simple, square image with a plain or transparent background.
Is my data sent to a server?
No, the QR code is generated entirely in your browser. Your logo and the encoded content are never sent to our servers.
